Personal Data: ClaimWrit may collect name, email, username, address, phone number, information you voluntarily supply (including information about your clients submitted to us for processing deliverables), and payment or bank account details (collected via ClaimWrit or third-party payment processors).

Non-Personal Data: We may collect non-personal data such as device details, GPS data, and IP address. If combined with Personal Data, we treat it as Personal Data.

We collect information when you apply, register, or create an account for Services; fill out forms (contact, registration, feedback); communicate through the Site or Services; submit case-related data for deliverables; or request support. ClaimWrit employs physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect information. Transmission of data over the internet is not 100% secure. In case of a breach, we will notify affected parties. We comply with applicable laws and employ HIPAA-aligned safeguards when handling sensitive health or attorney-client privileged information, although ClaimWrit is not a HIPAA-covered entity unless separately contracted.
